Ingredients:
Note :
1 Cup = 200 ml
For Cake Sponge :
Oil - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar -- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 3/ 4tsp (1/2 tsp & 1/4 tsp)
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 3/4 cup
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp (1/2 tsp & 1/4 tsp)
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp (to mesaure 1/8 tsp , fill 1/4 tsp upto 1/2)
A pinch of salt
For cream
Cream - /4 cup
White compound chocolate
Jam or cherry for garnishing

Dear I always prefer curd … don’t know why ( may be I feel comfortable with curd) .. but even with vinegar texture , softness & sponginess of cake is same .. you can choose any

Yess so that it reacts with baking powder & soda to make the cake soft & spongy or u can use curd half cup instead of milk & after making batter if u feel the batter is thick u can adjust the consistency of it..if u dont want to add vineger... 😊
