    We have joked for years that we can fix those 8 dollar cuts. Also, curly hair is definitely more forgiving on bad haircuts. Light blonde straight hair can show more cut marks than any other type. Cutting is an art that can take years to do. It’s also good to have different shears for different cuts. I have 8 shears I go between.

    I worked for Great Clips years ago and they have their own way of cutting hair. You would have to go to their own hair school. You have to be really fast and get the customers out in a certain amount of time. I'm not fast pace 😆 I like that you take your time and with care for your customer. That's my style 😊 Great haircut!

    Do you ever leave the sides burns on any of your cuts?? To me it looks bad they used to do this in the early nineties with the mullet.I always incorporate the sideburn fade it helps bring the fade togother more especially if they have facial hair.

  • @stonew1927
    @stonew19276 ай бұрын

    I don't feel that that style of tapered short shaved cut on back and sides suits him. I understand it's what's popular these days. I even wear it super short myself, but that's because it's what looks best on me. As you were saying, you want to be more than a barber, a stylist. For his face and shape of head, I would have directed him away from a buzz cut along the back and sides. Also, I hope he gets to the point that he's comfortable with the hair off his forehead. Go short all over, or comb it back. It would open up his face and bring more symmetry. His cut now is cool though. Just what I perceive . . .

    Did you by chance go to the Regal Gentleman in London for training? They have a KZread channel which features Dan who has been cutting hair with scissors for over 20 years. He is phenomenal. I think the cut turned out great for this young guy. His hair is so fine and straight. I know the fade is popular, but I would have liked to have seen it kept long in the back and trimmed up. Love how your channel has grown. Love how recognize everyone has different hair texture, head shape, the way the hair falls, etc. You have certainly had a lot of challenges with the people who come to see you. You do the free cuts for the homeless, who have neglected their hair for months, and transform them into feeling better about themselves.

He died on the cross to save us for our sins and rose from the grave defeating death and Hell. You must put your faith in him only. He is the only way to Heaven. Repent and trust in Jesus. Ive used 7' scissors my whole career and my hands seem roughly the same size as yours. I wouldnt say you needed to go smaller on your scissor size, i thinks thats more of a preference thing. I did spend 6 years as a hairdresser where it was only shear work before i moved to barbering. I think once you become more comfortable with scissors you could go to a larger size.
