Good question, always stick to Daylight for monochrome for better balance in blacks and whites

Sir even if taking pictures in evening or sun rise do you suggest to keep as day light or 56k ???

Yes, if you want to capture the true colours of sunrise or sunset either keep the WB in Daylight or 5600K
