2 months ago I watched this video when I was starting to feel the courage to leave my toxic relationship of 7 years. I firmly believe the affirmations in this video gave me the additional push I needed to leave. It’s been a month since I left and I keep coming back to this video to help with the healing process ❤️ Thank you so much for what you do Maria. I don’t have a relationship with my mother, so it’s nice to feel the nurturing positive energy you give, especially during my first heartbreak.

This is such a needed set of affirmations. I have been having terrible sciatica for a month and now have some kidney stones now so anything that helps the pain is definitely heaven sent.

The feeling of overwhelming loneliness can feel all consuming at times, but when you try to disconnect from the feeling and reconnect with the environment it helps to refocus your mind and body. There is always help, support and connection, sometimes in the most unexpected places. Don’t be afraid to seek it out sometimes, even though it will feel so very difficult. Most of all, try to remember that you are worthy and loved and that you deserve peace and happiness.
