Can you guys please pray for my mom? Her job is gonna close soon and she's trying to look for a new one, but out of all the jobs she's seen so far, she doesn't really like them. She's getting stressed and needs to find a job soon. If you guys could please pray that God will provide her a new place to work, and that it's relatively close to home, I would be forever grateful! Let's hope the Lord provides a miracle! ✝️🙏 Update: So she went for an interview somewhere and she really likes the place she went to, and it's not too far from home. So let's please pray that God will provide her work at this place. Update #2: SHE GOT A JOB!!! Thank you guys for the prayers!

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 NIV has now popped up three times just throughout today. In my New Testament study book, a conversation I had with my mom about a sermon she watched by Francise Chan on RightNowMedia, and now this video. I’m not sure how or why this message keeps popping up just today, or what God may be telling me, but it definitely has me thinking (EDIT) make it a fourth time. On this same night, five minutes ish after I commented this, I got distracted and clicked on a podcast where I saw this verse paraphrased in the comment section. Y’all, what? God, what? I hope my eyes are opened to the correct intention of God by showing me this verse.

I want this to change desperately. I was wondering if you could make a video about giving things to God. Ultimately this disorder is about me wanting to have control. I have to learn how to let go.

Thank you so much for this. Today I made my first real effort to change. At church the whole service I was just thinking about food and calories. I knew that had to change. After service I went and bought a bunch of food ,and didn't think I just ate it. I know God gave me strength to take the first step of recovery today and I am so grateful.

Just an FYI, she reads the KJV because it's in the public domain and so there aren't copyright issues to wrestle with. 😌 Maybe someday she'll be able to pursue other possibilities!
