That particular builder just went for massive showers instead of having a tub. I guess the thought is more people would appreciate that and if they want a tub, there is one in the other bathroom. Would you like that or would you prefer it had a tub?

@@jasminepadgett3883 I personally feel like its better for resale, but if I'm being honest, the tub in my master bathroom has been used about 5 times in 5 years. I could have just walked across the house those 5 times 😂
