1/4 cup water (60 ml);
1 teaspoon instant coffee.
for flan:
2 eggs;
1 egg yolk;

1 tbsp warm water;
1 can of condensed milk (397 g);
Fill the same glass with milk (290 ml).

Взбейте два яйца с кофе..... А потом угваздай ещё пять разных посудин и добавь ещё кучу компонентов. А что в итоге? Получилось что- то невнятное. Чем тут восторгаться? А некоторым что не покажи, пищат от восторга. Смотрю и думаю : чем бы дитя не тешилось, лишь бы не не плакало.

Совесть - то имейте, ну нельзя рекомендовать такое отравляющее вещество! Если вам не привили культуру питания, то не втягивайте в подобные "вкусности" больше никого. Стыдно так себя позиционировать, кулинары шаурмичные.

Acest preparat dulce e o variantă a ceia ce găteau bunicele noastre la țară și îl numeau "cremă de zahăr ars " .Diferența constă : compoziția era mai bogată în ouă , fară cafea solubilă( pe atunci nu exista).Această compoziție se turna într-un vas în care se caramelizaze în prealabil zahar , vas care se punea apoi la rolă( cuporul de dimensiuni mici ce facea parte din construcția sobelor de bucătarie, înaintea aparitiei aragazelor )

Your way of making that dessert is almost similar to my country's flan. The only difference is replacing caramel sugar with coffee, the steps are the same but yours add coffee first, we put ice in it and then add coffee to enjoy later, but your method helps me a lot, thank you
