I agree, I’ve never seen them anywhere for sale in my country! So they’re a fun lil treat when I’m in Seoul :,)

I believe it is just one character in different headgear, that’s why they’re always the same. There are a couple of tan Sonny Angels from certain series, but I do agree that it would be nice to have more variations!

Because he is free 😌💜 I’ve read they’re inspired by cherubs or just simply that they’re babies and babies aren’t born with clothes! Who knows really, it’s just his thing :)
