How uplifting to see artisans still keeping with tradition. I was blessed to have an opportunity to view this magnificent video. Thank you! :)
Fabulous inspiration. I've been a classically trained potter throwing for 45 years and watching these techniques and designs is providing another few years of ideas. Thank you.
This guy is amazing. Those pots are huge and he makes it look easy. Throwing small pieces with that amount of speed is difficult. The things he's doing may not look very hard, but the steadiness and attention to the thickness as he goes along must take an immense amount of concentration.
I've gone from watching people grow pot, to people making pots! WOOOOOO

This is really amazing: the potters' techniques, their flow, their pride, their experience, their confidence just blow my socks off. Everyone should take a look as pottery is a part of everybody's life.

This is incredible. The skill to make these pots consistently the same shape and size is true craftsmanship. ❤️
He makes it look easy. Serious hand skills.
This is one of the finest documentaries of work that I have ever seen.
Wow... I could easily have spent a lifetime working in a place like this.. such lovely people and a beautiful place
i am addicted to terra cotta and architectural ornamentation. glad to find this!!!
What a fine tradition to be a part of. Craftsmanship elevates us from just surviving to thriving.
Don't know how I got here but I'm glad I did, stunning English craftsmanship.
I have never seen a pot thrown so effortlessly... efficient is right! This was so lovely and inspiring to watch :)

It looks effortless and easy because of years and years of practice.
Ok, throwing that magnificent pot was frighteningly efficient, with the set number of movements. Mercy!
The best thing about working with clay, I think, is the fact the very same techniques are used as have always been. Ultimately though, it is about truly working with your hands and the clay, working by touch. I wish I had started this straight from school, instead of learning about it in my 50’s. Just wonderful!
Fantastic video of true craftsmanship! I could watch these people make pottery for hours!
Thank you for this eye opening video I tend to forget the value of terra-cotta wear in our everyday lives. You have taken the functional aspect of it to a higher level and once again made me appreciate low fired wares.Such simple yet amazing techniques for decorating that make for the classiest final pieces. I also have to add... you guys can throw your arses off, very impressed indeed.
Its nice to see that English people will still buy locally made terracotta pots.
I have ordered my first pit through White Flower Farm. It arrives today… can’t wait!
This video is impressive! It does an excellent job of showing the artistry and skill that goes into the pots. Oh. I forgot to mention science! Amazing!
Speaking of perennial favorites, this video is one of mine.
When I see these people and how absolutely free of stress they are, I’m green with envy.
Mastery at it's best! Beautiful. Thank you for sharing!

I could watch this all day and night...anyone in Australia offering potter apprenterships ?
WOW! What an incredible operation. Hats off to you.
dude its soo cool seeing how they process the raw clay. That screen pressing method is amazing. I loved seeing the clean clay sheets just peel off the screens.
A video I could watch over and over. Congratulations to everyone involved with its production. Excellent.
Many thanks for putting together such an accessible, informative, and interesting presentation.
Amazing how you do this. Nice to see someone doing things with their hands. Keep up the great work!
wow, great video, thanks so much for making it, loved it !
Absolutely beautiful work, fun, whimsical, gorgeous!
Wonderful video! Thank you! Gives me the desire to make my pottery more decorative than just a basic, smooth pot!
Wow! That's really something. Fascinating! Love it ... thank you.
Great video, love the simplicity of plant pots.
Amazing Video. Thanks for sharing!! I may never get the chance to do it myself but just looking at it being done is so amazing!
Awesome, I'm impressed. Well, the sheer skill of trained potters is always impressive. It's so hard to attain it. And I'm also impressed at an Englishman wearing a Spanish-style beret, so cute. lol Also, very impressed that your clay body is pure clay, with no additions whatsoever.
So awesome. I love the pug mill, pastry and the sprigs, do another one!
Beautiful, beautiful and creative work
brings back fond memories of working with terracotta.
What a brilliant film! Start to finish. So beautiful! Oh how I wish I could go!
Man, I thought I was good, but these people are on another level.

Amazing work
Love it all. Thanks for the upload
Thank you for sharing. You all do an amazing job 🙏🙌🙏
This was really new to me! I enjoyed watching this video and got a chance to have a clue how pottery works. Superb! Thankyou for this video.
What a fantastic place I really hope you are still operating and employing potters - what fantastic works of artisanship.
This video never ceases to amaze me. I wish I could throw like the guy in the beret did. I feel like if I can do that then there wouldn't be anything I couldn't make! It only took him about 3 and a half minutes to make that. It would probably take me closer to 3 and a half decades to be able throw 14 pounds and get the wall thickness perfectly even. I guess I need to find a mentor.
Wish I were close enough to visit. Greetings from USA!
Inspiring. Thank you!
Wow, I really appreciated this video. Thanks for taking the time to produce it.
Fantastic... love it. Studied Pottery from 1998 til 2004... still in love with the possibilities. Doing some slip trailing on plates and platters. So satisfying. Great video. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from New Zealand.

Wow! I have a huge new respect for terra cotta pots and what goes into them. Excellent video and now I know I should have started pottery when I started having kids and I would be a potter by now! Well, only 15 years to go.
