@@shitaljoshi4972 me Roz 5 kms running karta hu. Calisthenics Sikh Raha hu handstand pushups aate hai muzhe. Akhade ka koi bhi pehelvan lao muzhme jyada endurance hai. Mene 2 saal akhade me bitaye aur 2 saal gym me. Ab strength toh hai bas aesthetic physique chahiye. 180kgs deadlift. Bhi Marta hu 😇 Jai Siya Ram 🚩🚩

Abe Ankit is 90-95kg while Saket stays in 66-72kg. ofcourse Ankit jeetega. Weight-class naam ki bhi ek chiz hoti hai. And Ankit wrestling practice karta hai jabki saket sirf bodybuilding pe focus karta hai. Kuchh socha samajh ke compare kiya kar. 🐂-buddhi hai kya humesha ladne ke baare me hi sochta hai?
