The ph of water is really irrelevant, there are much deeper tests you can do to decipher how much lead, aluminium and other nasties are in the water and that’s what really matters. From my understanding, the cleanest water on earth you can buy commercially is Lauretana otherwise distilled water with added high quality mineral drops will be the absolute best.

If you are at Walmart, you can find life water, Fiji water, and core water. We tested them and The pH on the Fiji was a 6, The life was a 6.5, and the core was an 8
