Sounds like the Hoover Decade is louder than the 12 Amp Runabout. Usually when the motor sounds louder, the motor bearings will need a service usually. You can also grease the bearings too. 😊
The Hoover decade need to be replaced with the bearing and motor grease
I would say the 12 amp. It’s a powerhouse cleaner though. I have a 12 amp soft and light.
