The micheal Phelps goggles are meant for racing and the vision is blurred in the middle in exchange for a 180 degree view. That is why the vision test was failed. They are not for the same purpose as some of the competition.

So I'm the only one that get's blasted in the face with a pressure washer while swimming??? I thought the test was very accurate...lol

I use Speedo vanquisher googles with bungee cord straps for swim practice and polo warm ups. I’ve never had a problem when I dive in, but the water usually doesn’t come at me with the same force of a power washer. 😂😂🏊🏽‍♀️🤽🏽‍♀️

Lol, sometimes GMM's judgment really messes with me. Michael Phelps' goggles: best in all the first three categories, only second best in the last category. Other pair of goggles: wins second/third best in first three categories, does the best for vision in the last category = best pair of goggles... Idk, man, something about the math.

Personally as a competitive swimmer, I prefer the Speedo vanquisher goggles with a bungee cord for swim practice, It is also very rare that my googles come of when I am diving.

Tbh I don’t think this test is accurate because swimming goggles are held onto the face by suction. It appears that some swim goggles performed better due to the grip and tightness of the goggles.
