you can look at the latest classification of regional areas by Australian department of home affairs, it states canberra as category two regional area and eligible for additional 1 year of psw.The link mam provided dates back to 2016.

IT courses are generally good.. PR depends on a lot of other factors too though like your networking to get a job, points etc.
If l study nursing in griffith uni in gold coast. Will l able to get a job in good hospital Will this reginal area limit me in any way like work field . Skill or salary

There should be hospitals there too and you can get placed if you put in the efforts. For medical fields, salary could be a bit different but in other factors normally I have heard there might not be much variation .

@@rosejoseph2456 It depends on the type of job and employer but overall should be reasonable, I guess. Gold coast is a good place in general
