The carat ray has a larger light panel and is supposed to produce more current. :)

Hi Ava. I know you mentioned the heart-shaped one is best for the face whereas the standard refa carat is good for the jawline and the body. I want something that can effectively get rid of my cheek fat and maybe my 광대... (I don't care about my eye area but want to focus on contouring/slimming my face) What would you recommend in that case?

i think for cheek fat specifically, the refa caxa ray (heart shaped one) does the best job! I use it for my cheeks too :)
