Guess Khiamniungan tribe population as 61647 is confined only of Nagaland state whereas when data is collected in inclusive way than 70% plus of population lives in Myanmar.

First Kachari and Kuki are not Nagas. They are indigenous tribes of Nagaland. Hence, the title is misleading. It should have been tribes of Nagaland by Population

Konyak is not the largest it will be 2nd or 3rd The fact is that We counted konyak the highest because unlike other tribes they are confined together in one district which makes the census count every single person.

Infact the data of population tribe wise here is not accurate though follow govt records , some are added .

This figure is contentious.... Because at no point of time has census been done in Nagaland on the basis of tribal affiliation. For eg... I am an Ao and we have 7000+ households in Kohima proper. The same may or may not be true with others.... But the importance of a tribe based census is very much needed indeed.... So my take is we need to have a real census..... Correct me if I am wrong....
