Tried it, and turns out Manic Island can solo Chaper 2 Big Bang at level 50, no idea if it can solo at a lower level though, and I will say I did use a Large and Medium Research Combo.

@@TheEpicChunk manic king dragon could probably do it, it got it down to 22%. This may sound weird, but although manic jameira only got to about 60%, I think it might be able to do it with more levels and a bit more luck with waves since it is a tank
