Despite others being simply stronger, i'd say King Crimsom...not because i like Diavolo as a villain but due to the usage and concept, imagine being in such horrible situation and you're able to Just predict and deny fate with It, not only would be cooler but as effective with it's own strenght.

JoJo powerscaling is like a fight between rock, paper and scissors but with more than just 3 competitors. Since JoJo power system isn't as simple as who's faster, stronger or tougher and relies truly on scientific theories, complex and uniquely creative circumstances. But a stand that makes men slutty and make 'em kiss out of nowhere is straightforwardly the strongest.

That's why I consider Diavolo the 2nd weakest antagonist in the series. His ability works best when he's ambushing someone. When he killed Risotto he was just as close to death as Dio was in pt.1. There's like 2 other stand users in pt.5 that could have defeated Diavolo which is Ghiacco and Fugo

Bro, someone who actually understands that King Crimson manipulates Fate, not Time. What a legend. And for those who are confused, yes. King Crimson does erase time, but that's not its ability. That's just the medium by which it uses its ability to manipulate the user's Fate, but not the Fate of anyone or anything else.

Wouldn't Hey Ya technically make the list, because he protects Pocoloco from harm and misfortune? By no means is he the strongest on this list, but I like the idea that this stand, no matter what, is always looking for the best outcome for you. Stands like GER and WoU, while automatic and protecting from harm, do only that, and don't really have a mindset or goal to help the stand user (except for GER which is kinda sentient). Also, loved the video, I was wondering if you could make a video on jojo villain powers. Like the hamon, spin and vampire video, but about pillar men, ultimate life form, and rock human. Keep up the good work, you'll get popular someday (very soon).

Hey Ya's purpose isn't really to protect Pocoloco, that's mostly just an extension of his natural luck and the stand ability, but yeah, I was already interested in making something about the pillar men and spirits. I'll try to get something like that out before the end of the year

I think that Wonder Of U is a more offensive and defensive version of Pocoloco's luck (which has nothing to do with Hey Ya). Thus, that automatically makes it a better ability.

@@BUR404 But like, that's exactly what Wonder of U does too. Wonder of U protects Tooru from people pursuing him, either in a physical or mental sense. While Wonder of U is more broad in how defense it can be given you only need to THINK about Wonder of U/Tooru in order for it to activate, with Bites the Dust Yoshikage can pick more precise detonators (people with Killer Queen inside of them). Bites the Dust is an inherently defensive ability.

welp WoU has greattest attack potential because ability activates instantly and work no matter circumstances(it can manipulate logic so it could probably move in time stop and it can alter laws of physic like it did with rain) I think thanks to JOJO logic that is time

i think this is how the scaling works 3D world < stopped time/erased time (both counter each other in some ways) < Ger’s dimension (5D?) < logic < calamity < fate (fate creates the calamities that outdo logic which controls ger’s dimension/time related abilities, which are above the 3D world)

@@Theamz I don't know is it possible for WoU sent someone like Dio over heaven as calamity or someone else like Diavolo requiem if it would go this far but we can't just say that it can't summon equal opponent for GER

You gotta remember that D4C Lovetrain also works in any other states of reality such as Time Stop or Erase. It will always be fated that Valentine will not receive damage in the Time Erase if Love Train is on. Due to Lovetrain being an activ e dimensional barrier neglecting the fabric of space, you would probably either get damaged AFTER the Time Stop or maybe even while inside of it. Also, D4C's already strong attacks become even more fatal with Love Train's aid, so even if Vulnerable, his own attacks get a boost, too.

I think by far Wonder of U is the strongest in terms of defense, second in line is D4C love train because technically there is loop holes you can manipulate to beat it, but my favorite was definitely Killer Queen

Diavolo stand has the best defensive stand, being able to alter fate and reality allows him to evade everything

Greenbaby should be able to get countered by AOE abilities, like if Ozonebaby is activated and Greenbaby is inside a room he should still be crushed too

Wonder of U is easily the best defensive stand PERIOD. Primarily because of how terrifying the implications are when you actually think about its ability. The stand activates the moment you even *THINK* about pursuing the user or their identity , with the range being literally infinite. And the fact that it manipulates everything around you to kill you, means that even with Stands like King Crimson or The World, you can't avoid the stand forever. You WILL *f@ck up* The only canon stands that have an out would be D4C ,as the user can just go to a reality where WoU doesn't exist, and GER for obvious reasons

Personally its a tie between WoU and GER as strongest defensive stand. Sure Green Baby has the Achilles Paradox but wouldn't Return to Zero essentially nullify the ability? And how I look at it is does Calmity bypass Casuality? Because a simple explanation of King Crimson is he doesn't erase time but Casuality while keeping the effect, and GER is the opposite, Erasing the effect while keeping the Cause. If WoU's calamity beats Casuality then it is the Best defensive stand ever, but if it cannot overwrite Casuality then GER is the best defensive stand

Wonder Of U counters GER because the nature of GER's ability is written in a stand stats page to have a set trigger to it: It can only RTZ attacks or the will to attack of attackers. Calamity is neither, and thus due to the fact that it does not trigger RTZ it can loophole around it without really needing to be better than GER.

What about cream! It's both offensive and defensive stand, the only drawback is that the user can't see.

I don't really understand why there's a debate about which is the most powerful defensive stand. It's GER clear as day just for the fact that literally nothing can hurt the user because every attack will be reversed in its entirety regardless of what it is, pretty much turning that stand user into a regular person since they can't use the stand in anyway against GER.

D4C is the scariest stand name of all stands.

Nah i dont think so it needs someone to be directly attacking him to rervert it but for WoU the more GER pursuits calamity strikes him and WoU isnt even attacking him back its just the entire universe trying to so it will bypass its RTZ, like how GER cant revert the time acceleration from MiH

That flawed weakness appear only because SCR didnt have stand user that controlling it so Diavolo can easily notice and predict the movement of SCR shadow. If Polnareff can fully control SCR its gonna be very OP stand

Bites the Dust is defensive but in a completely different way then the others. It mostly just protects the idea of Kira's identity being exposed rather then actual attacks

Aw shoot you missed bites the Dust. That's definitely second to the threeway tie since only Kira can deactivate it and it's passive just like GER. It's pretty much a reverse GER in a lot of ways.

I would rank the 3 stands at the end in this order: Wonder of U, Green Baby, GER. Wonder of U I am assuming was over come somehow since the story has to end but it does work on a wider scale than the other 2 stands. Even still, on a purely defensive merit, it is the worst of the 3. Green baby and GER are automatic, but Green baby can disable it's ability thus allowing a crafty opponent to get a chance at attacking it before it can reactivate its defense. GER auto protects Giorno was even able to reverse skipped time, so it would be harder to near imposable to get past.

1st of all, Wonder of U is already automatic. 2nd, Wonder of U could probably defeat GER and the Green Baby. Wonder of U could technically cause GER’s return to zero to kill Giorno, given he was able to influence the locacaca into trapping Josuke’s mouth and influence Josuke’s bubbles into hitting Mamezuku. This assumes GER could return calamities to zero. Green Green Grass of Home could simply have its user fall over and die so easy win if the user is able to be interested

King crimson can 100% predict the opponents next move GER go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Now while King crimson has some of the best abilities for dodging attacks people tend to forget his 1 flaw: durability. It could be just the fact that he was going up against GER but during moments before his final beatdown diavolo is scratched up but minorly injured while king crimson's eye is about to fall out like the stand itself is made out of glass or a pot starting to break into shards.

Lets get somethin straight, the reason GER has a 0 in all stats is because it stands to go beyond infinite, anything that is infinite he essentially has the infinite +1 effect

Imagine it’s power is to redirect bad stuff to ohio

Being an user of the Spin and skilled enough to create the infinite rotation with the golden ratio is almost imposible but doable. Defeating Wonder of U with the power of almost infinitely rotating quantuum strings it's a one of a lifetime occurrence. But King Crimson? The Requiem arrow first needs to deem you worthy and even then, Requiem only grants your Stand your deepest desire with the power to realize it. Meaning, if you do not use the arrow in the precise moment you truly only want to defeat King Crimson to get the same power as GER, in theory, King Crimson is unbeatable, and Epitaph on top only assures more it's position on the top.

Disagree, u just need a smart stand user or strong ability or outsmart him by being steps ahead. Polnarefd in a wheel chair lacking full power can nearly fatally wound diavolo and bruno/giorno can outdo him, when hes someone who can see 5 secs of the future.

@@timurtheking Diavolo was underestimating Polnareff. He saw a disabled guy in a wheelchair and thought he’d be an easy kill. He even said something like “Why won’t you fight yourself? Because you’re no longer capable?”. If he took Pol seriously he could’ve just used Epitaph to predict what he would do and then avoid it. That’s his real weakness, that he tends to get too cocky and underestimate people. Also… I don’t remember a single time Giorno directly outdid him(pre-GER). The only times close were when Diavolo was distracted by someone else.
