i would get one of those mini washing machines that you can drain in your kitchen sink or bathtub and take a day and just wash your clothes for hours haha. but i am very antisocial so this is what i would do 😂

Hahah this could be a good option for small loads!!

I feel like that is definitely a fair price at least to where i live. I'm in a very small town in mid ohio n for the biggest washing machine is $6 and our dryers r a quarter for every 7 minutes... i would have expected it to b waaayyyyy more expensive in nyc!! Not that I've ever been (although i want to go soooo badly!! Ever since i was a 10yo watching TRL😅)

I find iy strange that ny apartments don't have them as standard

I used to drop it off at the laundry mat and they had a wash/fold service for like $20. That was the only way I wouldn't go absolutely insane lol

I just got in unit laundry after moving out of my old apartment after 16 years. Its heavenly - sending out my laundry to have someone else do it was the ONLY splurge I gave myself when living in NYC.

I’ve had a lot of people tell me this! Seems like a smart splurge to me!

You can hand it washed dried and delivered for 25 a week

$5.00 for pretty much 3 loads is pretty good, .50 cents for every 10 mins seems about average just sounds like a lot lol If you do leave when you're doing laundry at a Laundromat don't be gone very long, especially on the weekends! I've left for 15/20 mins and come back to find some of my items missing..
