I like the also like the Capital-Puente Circle Area and soon the North Cebu Reclaimation Area-SM North. The SM North is trying to make itself like a mini Ayala Center developing businesses, hotels, condos all around making SM North the Center or hub of it's community. The soon to rise Gatewalk Development is next door to SM North Cebu and not too far away is also Seaside City, Citi de Mare and Mandani Bay. So many development rising and hopefully soon to rise. Let's go Ceboom!

Thanks for showing One Montage. Its a very beautiful building for offices and some convenient stores. They need more tenants not just call center companies but add coffee shops in the future. Hopefully more offices will fill in that building since its very brand new 😍 CBP all the way!

Ayala Center has the Terraces where you can chill and watch performances on stage. And BPI banks and ATMs are almost everywhere. Very convenient. IT Park on the other hand has the Central Block where you can find the original Sugbu Mercado.

Taga Taguig ako, pero wow,ang dami na palang high-rise and skyscrapers ng cebu, sabi kase mas madami daw ang davao,😮thanks sa info,dapat ma tutukan ang bawat kalsada pati na rin ang mga spider web like, para pwede na.

Massive corruption in government is one of the biggest obstacles to development for obvious reasons that is why countries like the U.S. and other similarly democratic settings investors prefer to put where their money can grow and economic growth thrive and generally a domino effect will trickle down to the benefit of the underpriviledged so in perspective the Philippines has to do a lot of catching up to make it a world class country but for the meantime we remain a thirld world country because of corruption!

They're actually connected, officially called Cebu Park Distinct. There have been plans to physically connect them, like an overhead walkway similar to what they have in makati CBD

There's no point in making a massive repair because construction is all around each corner of the estate. If you are Ayala, you wouldnt want to make repairs then big heavy equipment will run through it the next day and destroy the newly constructed road, right? Might as well wait when all is well and done. 🙂

I guess it has something to do with the on going construction in the different parts of both estates which has heavy equipments going in and out. Apart from that, starting at @12:49 in the video, Ayala and IT Park (@03:42) both have road works related to drainage expansion and anti flood system. With all these construction, I think it is just practical not to make road improvements for now. Anyways, if you drive there, it is not really a bad road. Though you can see cracks but those are just thin cracks and can't be felt when you are driving. 🙂

I agree 💯%. Set aside a budget from the national government to fix the roads and sidewalk situation in Cebu City especially in Colon Street. Colon Street should get a big upgrade towards its budget because of its historical factor of being the Philippines oldest street. Local politicians should revitilize Colon St. after Carbon Market.

CEBU STILL ALOT TO CATCHING UP AND IMPROVE. mag uno man jaon nanindog na highrise wherein it still has no modern and good infrastructure look at the road so many cracks in such a prime area? no way! then lacks of advance and convenient transportations like massive terminal that home with train system, BRT, MRT, LRT or mono rail. also the cleanliness of the city from spaghetti wires, dranage system, wide and walkable sidewalk, slums along the rivers and seas and most of all its people its sad that alot of beggar begging moneys the poverty is high. if we compare the Cities of MALAYSIA of Penang a 2nd tier City after KL. yet, well developed, clean and organized very livable city that is why alot of foreign tourist reside in MALAYSIA also in THAILAND and INDONESIA and i think bcos of there good governance. hope ph🇵🇭 will catch up from our neighbouring SOUTH EAST ASIA COUNTRIES they make there country impressive and well developed.

Second cities in Indonesia and Thailand are not better than Cebu, Cebu only needs to clean up the existing downtown infrastructures, drainage and make better transportation. New Road ramps and bridges are continously being constructed Cebu has the 4th bridge to rise soon. Ka bati anang 2nd tier sa Surabaya apil ng Chiang Mai dili progressive ng ilang mga 2nd trier cities and they lack the magnificent picturesque city topography of cebu.

Surabaya🇮🇩 is way more organized, clean, less slums, applied with good urban plan and has BRT and train system and SURABAYA METROPOLITAN Is way more larger than Metro Cebu with one of the highest GDP Both per capita And nominal with 81billion USD larger than HCMC🇻🇳(63billion USD),Hanoi(43billion USD)🇻🇳and KL🇲🇾( 59billions USD) and one of the most advance railway system in SEA. that Cebu lagging behind. in addition 2nd tier of Thailand is PATTAYA not Chiang Mai. Hat yai is even progressive than Chiang Mai. and PATTAYA is obviously way better than CEBU looks at their tourist volume not even 1/8 of Cebu. therefore those countries are way better than Ph🇵🇭 in general. even ph🇵🇭 used be a rich country b4 but, now behind na sya sa mga poorest country b4. it seems sad since, Ph🇵🇭 continuously lagging behind all categories specifically poverty very high thats ashame to other SOUTH EAST ASIAN countries. Vietnam has an open foreign investments policy, while the Philippines only allows 40% ownership from foreign investors so majority of businesses and developments here are owned by Filipino businessmen. If Philippines loosen its foreign investment 60-40 equity rule, we can actually catched up in no time. I think it's time for the country to accept investors and start with foreign investors with good standing and maybe start here in Cebu as a blue print for the country. We are currently involved in trade agreements with other countries but, where are the foreign investors? We are open to trade agreements, but we don't have foreign investors? Due to the restrictions, investors put us below priority, there's no logic to it. Useless ang trade agreements kung walang investors.

Unya ra na sila mag repair kung mahuman na tong gipangtukod.. maguba raman gihapon gud kay agian sa mga heavy equipment.

Ang problema sa Cebu ang dalan na perting nipisa....walay maintenance...

IT Park definitely generates more income than Cebu Business Park.

I.T park is alive while Business park is like a zombie.

Ang lamang na lang ng Manila, capital city ng bansa at karamihan ng mga government offices nasa manila. sa iba aspito lamang na Cebu. 😂

Dili tanan. Only very few roads which are bad. Try to come and visit Cebu City and tell us if all roads are in bad shape. But Cebu definitely is better than all other cities outside Makati and Taguig..

@@manzztv6937 bro nangliki ang mga kalsada diha sa inyo ginatawag nga business district na, how much more na cguro ang uban lugar diha . Gagmay kalsada unta left and right ang mga illegal squatters nga mga dugyot kaau.. Been to Cebu several times already, and I know I'm saying.
