For anyone that has fine hair that doesn’t hold curls this is for you. I purchased the classic wave wand because I wanted to achieve that look but it didn’t do enough. I was concerned about the heat as was holding it too long to get better lasting results. I then bought the airwrap. This is kinder and gave me more volume and a professional finish but curls dropped quickly. I then purchased the classic tong because it has a 26mm barrel. The soft tong has a 35mm, which is great if you have hair that holds a curl. If like mine your hair doesn’t the classic 26 is better because when you curls drop it will give the results of the soft curl. I now use a conjunction of both the airwrap and classic tong to achieve a look that lasts for days. The airwrap does the majority of the work. I then use the Ghd sparingly to reinforce the curls. Excellent video. Ghds need to put this on their website. Found it very difficult to choose a curler as there wasn't any detailed demonstration like this one which leaves the potential customer rather confused and unable to make an informed decision. I found the advert with the chinese lady dancing totally ridiculous. Didn't show anything properly and how the curler really works. Not sure why the focus was on the dance rather that on the product when it's a product that they're trying to sell. Smh.

I’ll go for the classic curl tong as my curls don’t last for even half a day. Need those tight curls which loosen up as the day passes.

Update - I got the classic curl tong and absolutely love it! The curling is so easy and my hair stays healthy. Really glad that I purchased this!

@@nadiasengkey9701 Depends on your hair. Mine is super smooth and healthy so curls stay for 1-2 days. If hair is coarser, curls will stay longer. Spray isn’t really needed unless it’s an occasion for me.

How do you get the curls to last all day? I use the curling soft curl tong and my hair drops very quickly.

I love all ghd items but only thing that really is disappointing witch I thought they would have done by now and that is a LONGER CURLING WANDS my hair is very very long the size of these curling wands doesn't even manage to curl half strand of hair it's very frustrating for me also it takes me triple the time to curl all my hair because the curling wands are just not long enough someone who is able to contact the company please forward my message thank u 😀 hair looks beautiful though I must say x
