Rhett is correct about things, "just going wrong" with chiropractors. I've had two patients in their 30s admitted with strokes caused by blood clots formed from microtears in the carotid arteries during neck adjustments. I won't go near a chiropractor.

I was going for a few months and then after an adjustment I woke up the next day with the weirdest effect to my vision (slight vision loss and sensitivity is the only way I know how to describe). It took a week to resolve itself. Haven’t been back since.

Do you know is it caused by the external force and twisting motion chiropractors seem to use or can you cause it to yourself just by stretching ear to shoulder? This is one of my biggest fears 😅

​@@kay4829there are definitely some weird stories about people moving their head too fast and severing an artery but since that doesn't happen often I'm gonna guess that's something weird with them. Chiropractic? That's a sham, anything they do correctly is stuff you should be seeing a physical therapist for anyway.

I use a chiropractor for my back but will NEVER let them touch my neck. Waaaay too many horror stories about neck adjustments. However it helps relieve some of my back pain. But having my neck adjusted is a huge no.

Gotta say, I’m with Rhett. Been an ICU nurse for over a decade, have seen too many chiropractic related incidents. I understand that gives me a biased view, but I won’t go near one.

My brothers friend is a chiropractor and shortly after he got his license I had a sore shoulder from sleeping on it funny and he offered to "fix it" and he then dislocated my shoulder and I had to go to the ER to have it reset, never again!

Guys.... that illustration of link is fine art. Like the more i look at it the better it gets. The way we can see the bottoms of his feet subtly imply that he is suspended but his legs are not attached to his torso as his hips are missing due to the backstory therefore is only the legs suspended? Is there even any convetional understanding of gravity within the composition? Maybe the body parts are just laid down. Is that two bodies? It just keeps getting better the more i look at it.

My elbow and my knee both crack relatively easily and relatively often these days. My left toes can crack repeatedly if i flex my foot and bend my toes. It's a great party trick getting everyone around to listen to my foot crack. Lots of fun nights 🎉

I can infinitely crack both thumbs, my right wrist, and my right big toe. Used to be able to do my right ankle, as well, but lost that ability many years ago.

I do the ear pop on myself every day, its a great release of tension from clenching my teeth all night. I also have sinus issues so it helps with that. You’re just not pulling in the right direction or hard enough.

The mid back crack was a thoracic spine crack. Cervical spine is pretty much just your neck

I'm with Rhett. I had undiagnosed RA for 18 years and saw a couple chiropractors at various points along the way and never had a good experience. Let's just say listening wasn't their strong suit.
