Omg!!!!!! I live in America since 1989. Seema and I were classmates in Chandigarh college in early 80s!!!! I remember her as a very shy and quiet girl. A little aloof. But after hearing all this I remember her BEAUTIFUL but EXTREMELY SAD eyes. I see now why. I remember her walking into class and I kept staring at her most beautiful face I ever saw. I remember she had a single parent who she adored. I am so calling my Bollywood connections and hunt her down. Did not know she was so famous in India. Blessings to her ❤️

Yes, Kartika Rane has just disappeared…the other day I was thinking about her & one of her shows’ on Sony Entertainment Television-Hum Pardesi Ho Gaye’s title song video was uploaded by some Instagram handle which does that for old 90s tv shows for nostalgia..and I remembered that I & my sister used to watch that show & loved her & the show..& then started searching about Kartika but couldn’t find out anything😢 Siddharth Kannan ji please interview her

I loved her performance in hasratein so much and was very disappointed when she was replaced by Shefali.

I was a kid when I saw her for the first time in Hasratein ....I remember waiting eagerly for Hasratein and thoroughly enjoyed watching it .... Hasratein was far ahead of its time very bold serial .....

Hasratein , Kurukshetra! Golden era of TV in the 90s

She was one of the most good looking actresses on TV 2 decades back. Was right on top in terms of fame. Great personality, good to see her still rocking!

She was and is very glamorous. . even today she is looking so beautiful

She is saying the right thing about Punjab and Maharashtra Bank and RBI, big depositors have to wait for 10 long years to get their own money back. Your father in law must be having very small or petty amount that he got back, must be less than 5 laks. Even I have to wait for 10 years .
