Picture frame will make a classic, timeless addition. The first option (board & batten) is more current and modern.
I love both of them but I feel #2 is an all time classic! Especially for a living room or a hallway. That's what I did for my living room and I love it.. I think it's gonna always be in style. and I'm thinking to do something like the #1 in my bedroom but half of the wall. *Remember to always use patty on the edges (and sand it) to make it look seamless. Simple picture frame molding
Where’s the culture in your design. It’s all basic stuff. I’d like more inclusion of your culture into the design element in the space. IMO
