I've played around with some of these recently and I must admit, AI seems to struggle with fingers and thumbs! Although you can always crop the image tight. I also struggled a bit with colors, I noticed one of your example had four different shades of navy and I worry that customers might be put off. And I have used the mock-up tool within Canva for male and female models that I've made use of in social media posts, although being aware of color variations again, I've not used them in my shop.

Hey! For someone who wants easy to use software and great results, i would start with Ideogram. It’s free and so easy to use, just type in what you want and it does a pretty great job.
The Leonardo AI Model needs to lay off the "Spice".
