Right to privacy :- In S.C in recent judgment , right to privacy of an individual can not be curtailed as it forms the basic fundamentals of condition ie. Right to life and personal liberty Triple talaq judgement :- In triple talaq judgment s.c upheld the constitutional validity of triple talaq law ,as it was against the constitutional morality ie ( right to religion v/s right to equality ). Conclusion So from above judgement of hon. S.C we can conclude that "Constitutional morality triumphs over societal morality "

Right to privacy: In the puttaswamy vs UOI case, Supreme court held privacy as natural right thereby establishing the relationship between the individual morality and constitutional morality. Conclusion: Constitutional morality plays an important role with regards to the 3 organs of the government by means of check and balances. For example in above cases, judiciary checked the role of executive.

In puttaswamy vs UOI case the right to privacy was declared as fundamental rights by the supreme court. RTP is protected as an integral part of the right to life and personal liberty under A.21.

Conclusion -- constitutional morality is crucial for constitutional laws to be effective. Without constitutional morality the operation of the constitution tends to become arbitrary, erratic, capricious.

Privacy Case - in the judgement Supreme court held that right to privacy is an integral part of right to life, expanding its scope to secure a dignified life to everyone, thereby sticking to the constitutional principles. Conclusion - it can be seen that through various judgements, Supreme court has responded to the evolving challenges and stuck with the constitutional morality to ensure justice in the country.

Conclusion : it can be seen from above judgements that court is the interpretor of constitution and follows the principles of constitutional morality which is rooted in constitution itself .

Puttaswamy Case, 2017 In this judgement, Supreme Court declared the Right to Privacy as a part of Right to life and Liberty(Article 21). Thus, emphasised the protection of privacy of an individual(not only citizens) to be one of the priciples of constitutional morality Conclusion: It is evident from the above Supreme Court Judgements that the constitutional morality must be a priority of the state to be followed as one of its guiding principles while formulating laws, rules, regulations etc. Even the judiciary is bound to follow the same principle while pronouncing its judgements.

conclusion- From the judgments made by apex court mentioned above, it can be concluded that with the interpretation from constitution itself the basic fundamentals of constitution morality always presides over the decision of an individual or group as a whole

Hello sir Right to privacy judgement : Supreme court in Puttaswamy judgement held right to privacy as fundamental right under article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution thus presenting a sign of Constitutional morality. Conclusion : From the above judgements it can be noted that Indian judiciary has shown us doctrine of constitutional morality many times. Also the preamble, fundamental rights, directive principles of state policy, fundamental duties and so on represent that constitutional morality is deeply rooted in the structure of constitution itself.

It usually feels intimidating when some big coaching guys talks about answer writing as if this is something rocket science but they way sir explained it , it felt like I always had this in me, just needed a bit of belief and confidence on my own knowledge to manifest them in paper.

Right to privacy : it's give liberty and freedom of privacy of person according to( article 21 )safe fundamental right strictly (SC) judgement to constitutional morality Conclusion : thus above shows all judicial decision whether fundamental right ,parliamentery powers, and constitution doctrine principles, so that's mention constitutional morality.

Right to privacy judgement In puttu swamy judgement sc considered that right to privacy is fundamental right it can not breach except in somr circumstances Conclusion =from above judgement we can see no one can go beyond the principle or value of constitutional morality and make constitution to highest law of land

SC judgement that struck down section 377 in IPC which was against basic human rights. The judgement upheld constitutional morality by putting fundamental rights over archaic laws.

In KS puttaswamy case, SC put forward right to privacy which is a moral right of every individual. This help individuals in living a dignified life, by not letting know what ones perspective is about something and what one does. This helps in maintaining brotherhood and morality.

It can be seen from above, judiciary plays a vital role in safeguarding the basic structure of the constitution and interpret the constitution so as to sustain constitutional morality in the country. "It is by judiciary interpretation that we breathe life into the constitution".

Can 'Implicit existence of due process of law in various supreme court judgement' be used as an important point with regard to this question?

Right to privacy :- Puttaswamy case v/s Union of India in this case supreme court upheld the fundamental right U/A - 21 of consitutional morality of liberty of person with subjected to reasonable restrictions. Conclusion However consitution limited the power of parliament with subject to judicial review to protect & balance the fundamental right & welfare of people by politically, social & economically through various judgement without effecting basic structure of consitution & constitutional morality like liberty, equality & fraternity etc..
