Grounding!! As a kid I remember running around the yard barefoot often and it just felt AMAZING!! Now, as an adult I still love the feeling of walking barefoot around my yard. There are 100% so many wonderful benefits of grounding.

Yay for grounding, and, because we/I love ya girl, give yourself due credit more than saying you’re a fake homesteader--Nikki-you’re becoming a farm girl and the small yet consistent steps you’ve taken the last few years is significant in its own right!!! We all know your acre homestead will come to pass!

I changed my diet about a month ago and have started cooking all my meals. I love Bobby Parrish’s KZread channel, FlavCity. He teaches you how to read labels, what foods are good for your gut and digestion etc. He’s published a couple of cookbooks. He even has an app in the AppStore so you can scan barcodes at the store to determine if those foods are approved by him and have good ingredients. Check out his channel. It’s amazing! ❤️

Definitely on the same journey as you are! You are so not a fake homesteader! Not everyone can afford lots of land, and I think it's nice to slowly build skills at a comfortable pace before having land anyways :) I prefer the name "urban homesteader." So many options for the future though, if not our own land, we could rent a bit of space for a massive garden! Or maybe share a cow with friends who knows !!:)

Yes I have been wanting to do this too! I’m starting my garden today!! Im so excited haha I feel like having my little garden will be so fun and accomplishing since I’m a stay at home mom. And i want to show my two year old that we can grow our own food! I’ve also been being more conscious with what we put in our bodies and what I buy. I’m trying my best with what we’ve got ❤️❤️ I bought some wooden planter boxes to get started so I don’t have to dig up our actual yard.

Oh. My. Goodness. I’m new to the world of prometabolic diets/Westin Price/all things natural living and have been wanting to find out more. Your video honestly seems like an answer to prayer. Hope that doesn’t seem too weird. We are renovating my childhood home in the mountains in Georgia while we are living in it. We live next to my parents, my brother, and several other family members and we share a garden together. I’ve always helped my mom garden and can things so I’m not new to farming and homesteading but I’m loving learning more about all of this. JUST bought a tiny cabin on acreage last summer and moved literally 2 days after I had my son. Now that he will be walking this year, I am so excited to have time to work the land. Homesteading (didn’t know it had a name) has been laid in my heart for some time now, and you simply saying to start slow and to just simply start without knowing anything is confirmation for me. Because it’s true you will gain knowledge in the process. Yes!!! God created this beautiful earth and everything beautiful in it. I am on a journey of homeschooling, home making, and scratch cooking. I want to start a garden this spring and it’s overwhelming. But just starting and not putting too much pressure, giving it to God, is perfect.

I love farm house on Boone as well 😊 I’ve started a new “homemaking journey”. Just started a sourdough starter (today is day 6!) and learning to cook from scratch is something way out of my usual. It’s definitely a learning curve but I’m so exited to get more into this world.

It's definitely worth a watch! He's a man of God who loves talking about how God has been teaching him how to garden by imitating the way nature already works, using covering to protect the soil. He does garden tours as well if you guys ever visit the Northern Peninsula of Washington

You need LEVO infuser in your life. You can make infused oils and honeys. Healthy gummies for fun or medicine. There are other things you can do with it but I am still learning. Watch the Honeystead. She has some great videos on it.

Love this! I did a research paper back in school on the health benefits of nature and there’s scientific research that supports your theory on putting your bare feet on the ground. It is good for your mental health because it’s grounding and it’s also good for physical health because it helps you absorb negative ions from the earth as well as types of nutrients from the soil that benefit our immunity and our gut. Also, on the topic of house plants l recently added back in some plants to my room and it immediately changed my mood. I don’t even know how to explain it, but it physically changed the energy in the room and made me happy. I think it has to do with just being surrounded by more life. It’s truly life changing!!

Living with the stigma of HSV 1 and 2 and not been able to have a healthy relationship was messing up my life until I got some super herbs from Dr odija, I haven't had symptoms for some while now and planning to get another test done. Am grateful and advise you help yourself also,,,,,,
