Great suggestion, I got a LG G5 for $80 here when my phone died on vacation. Good deals and you can haggle a bit, she even threw in a case and screen protector.

hello as I binge watch your channel because I just recently moved to Korea... I want to know how much were the iPhones there? I was thinking of getting a new phone with the phone plans in Korea but they are expensive and I want a second hand phone instead of a new one. Since I'm on a student budget haha I need to discuss this before going to get a phone. I say for iPhone because I'm use to iOS and I have macbook so it's just easier with iPhone... Currently using IphoneSE

We bought our phones in the US and they work in Korea. The only thing about Korean phones is that the camera makes a click sound and you can't disable it.

Yongsan station, Ipark mall on the top floor

I work for Apple and the mic issue is known amongst Apple for the iPhone 7 model and is covered for free repair in all countries, not sure what they told yall but the lawsuit and info was false

Oh wow 🤤 So there's a thriving and independent, and the key word is independent 😉, 2nd hand phone and repair industry in Korea. Nice! But I can see a lull in the 2nd hand phone market there because of 5G. For example, someone may get their phones 2nd hand every couple of years. But that person may bite the bullet and get a brand new 5G phone. Here in the U.S., there's only a couple of 5G phones and only two cities with a small pocket that has 5G service. But I'm assuming Korea has nation-wide 5G service right now? I'm currently team Apple for two reasons. I have my music collection on iTunes. This was back during the iPod days. Spent a lot of time ripping my vast CD (remember those?🤣) collection. Then carefully curating and crafting my playlists. I have a killer 80s new wave playlist 🤣😂. So it's gonna take a ton of work to transfer all that to a Samsung Galaxy. And the second reason is, not all car manufacturers have Android Auto in their cars. Toyota is just now offering Apple Carplay. So with an iPhone, I won't have to worry as much about phone compatibility compared to an Android phone when I shop for my next car.
