Regarding the monorail fatman (14:50), you want to make sure it's up there before going up there, because many things in the game are not always guaranteed to spawn, and only have a chance to spawn. You can go up a nearby hill, use photomode, zoom in by lowering field of view, and can actually see the top of that pylon, and the fatman, if it's there.

If you are playing on a multiplayer world and not a private world, someone might have already claimed it. Just log out and log back it, you'll still be able to enter the bunker and check for the plan!

Just keep changing worlds and checking, it will show up. I have over 20 of them from when I first figured all this out
