I am going to Udaipur in february. Little confused between Lake pichola hotel / Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel to stay.. Plz suggest ( both non lake view rooms only)

Hello! We stayed in Lake Pichola only and that too Lake facing which we have shown in our Udaipur hotel video... We only tried the Jagat Niwas restaurant and felt that the hotel area looked good... Please check the reviews on various sites to choose better :)

Maine jab video dekhna shuru kiya to mai tension me aa gaya ki ye possible kaise h, fir yaad aaya ki ye saare food alag alag time pr alag alag din khaye gaye h. hehehehehe. Mujhe Sai Sagar Cafe aur JMB hi sabse achha lage qki as a vegetarian baaki jagah pr mai tension me rahta ki kya khaana h, xD. Aunty ji bahut acchi lag rahi thi aur bahut khush b thi wo, ye dekhkar bahut achha laga. Uncle ji serious the ki mujhe hi sara bill dena h, lol.

We just went to the cafes and got a table, luckily they were not fully booked

Ambience of these hotels are nice but food is average. And sadly the taste of food keep changing whenever you visit. Also the jmb from where you guys snacks and lassi, is average. Since it is in the centre of city, it gets the foot fall. Exploring good food in Udaipur is like looking for needle in haystack.

We do agree with you as most of the places focus on the ambience, food is good only in few restaurants... JMB was also just average but still worth trying as there are not many options, Jodhpur has delicious street food!
