@@srinivas1483 don't under declare and buy with white money then u are doing injustice to yourself. unless you are already tax evador. its hard to buy real estate property with white money because sellers want to declare undervalue on the paper and its very risky. If you are a honesty working citizen and paid income tax then don't support real estate people who use black money.
