No its for any supplier in China, almost every supplier in China accepts Alipay and wecaht payment. Will add your suggestion to my list and do it for you.

for a a very long time now, they used to do both importations and supplier payments, but they didn't have a platform. Their platform was just launched this year.

if you trust the supplier ask them to send you their alipay or wechat ID so you can use buy-rmb to send the money directly to them.
