I friend of mine in Malawi is now paralysed due to a road accident when he was not wearing a seat belt. You are setting a BAD EXAMPLE by not wearing one. Please wear it. You are wearing a mask to protect yourself, and you should wear your seat belt.

Malawi has got Ngoni people related to the Zulu like the Ndebele, who unfortunately unlike the Ndebele lost their language. They now speak Nyanja. You will get Ndebele namwe like Thanks, Sipiwe, Thokozani in Malawi and Eastern province Zambia.

Are you not an experienced driver to fear that kind of road? Let me say, if its time for an accident to happen it happens whether the road is good or bad, even whether experienced or not, just be one who is prayerful and God will be there to protect you, from Zambia

How do u find the best builders to build such a modern house?

In our language, from Southern Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland and South Africa. The name means Famous! Udumile njengo ingoma ka Fadhili Williams, Malaika or Sina Makosa 😂😂😂🤣

Beautiful & clean neighbourhoods & they really know how to build. The walls & drainages are like the ones in Lusaka. I don’t know why most of our African countries like these kind of drainages which are dangerous to motorists when there’s an accident.

I like it, you remind me home. Area 25 (Kwa m'gona) but it's not only Area 43 where richest people staying there is area 10 ,14 ,3 ,12 ,47 .

This area is very clean.Looks like a lower middle income area in Cape Town,North,where I live.

The mother land gosh I miss home UK to Malawi nothing but love to all my lions

Areas like 47 sector 1 and new area 12 are nicer than area 43. But nonetheless I would choose new 43.

Thanks for sharing, I prefer old 43 because like you I like space for outdoor entertainment, gardening and just to relax without people right next door

You kinda wrong in new 43 depends where about you can have quite big properties but they are some that are small I think it would be better if you actually saw inside a property by going to the high parts and looking down into them most can fit a pool and large garden😂

one thing I've noted about African countries is that their road do not care about non-motorized transport. No pavement, people and vehicles share the same road.

Still looks way behind many rural villages in South Africa.

Being buckled up during a crash helps keep you safe and secure inside your vehicle; being completely ejected from a vehicle is almost always deadly. If you don't wear your seat belt, you could be thrown into a rapidly opening frontal air bag. Such force could injure or even kill you!
