Airdrie = alot cheaper. I just goto weigh the option of Intense weather (hail, winterstorms & tornadoes)🤔

Moving with my wife and two kids. An apartment would be nice
I want to buy a house .or a plot of land. I am in the business of real state in mauritius . I not interested to work in Canada. Just to spend holiday .

Right now with the foreign buyers ban that could be difficult if you’re not a permanent resident, citizen or have a work visa. As of now that will be lifted at the end of 2024 though.
