Yeah. It is. Truly amazing. After the first mouthful, they could tell you it was Ewok and you'd still order more. The only way it can get that tasty is if they started marinading the mutton's great-grandfather.

Love the tandoori lamb chops in Needos

Needoos is amazing. Dare I say it, better than Tayyabs

Needos has always been my regular jockey in East London. Never disappoints and yes the Lamb chops are ridiculous😋

Awful

Were spoilt for choice in this country so many unreal cuisines from all over. Makes me laugh when you see comments from people who have a stereotype of what food we eat in England. We've got the best of the best you just need to know where to look

I think you hand selected only Pakistani eateries in Brick Lane as being the , 'best ' curries but since Brick lane is a Bangladeshi community and business center and curry zone, it means that you are suggesting that Bangladeshi curries are not authentic or capable of being the best. So, I would say that this review was certainly biased. Pakistani menu range is mainly kebab based and low on vegetable dishes, and limited in curry ranges, whereas authentic Bangladeshi food scene is far more vast, it covers numerous unique and exotic vegetable recipes, fish , meat and kebab ranges.

I'm so curry obsessed I eat a healthy curry ginger soup at least 3 times a week. Will be in London in June. Will book an extra seat for the flight back, cuz health will be the last thing on my mind.

Unfortunately Tayyabs standards have dropped over the years, Needos is okay. I can't believe I am yet to check out Lahore Kebab house but In Sha Allah soon.

Tayyabs is over rated Serious foodies don’t go there It’s designed for gorai who have no clue about curry and they go there cos they can bring their own booze I mean seriously curry with beer really lol

Had food in Lahore kebab house for 1 month continuously in summers.. mostly dinners.. after my office at Canary Wharf.. food quality is awesome.. you just need to be careful with the bill total.. I had figured out mistakes a no of times (possibly done by waiters to earn illegally)

I went o bricklane last month for the first time, it's all history, no good Indian restaurants, I had the worst curry in my life and I was worried if I got food poisoned, Brick lane is dead now, nothing going on

My Texas daughter-in-law was in London several years ago. She became addicted to Curry soup but the one only cooked at Golden Sea Restaurant in Stoney Stratford. Does anyone have a copycat recipe?

I don’t think they’re biased at all. Even the Bangladeshi’s in Tower Hamlets can’t recommend a Bangla curry place. They all admit it’s catered to a specific audience. I don’t think you’ll find anyone recommending an authentic curry in Brick Lane.

Seems to be some definite favoritism going on here speaking to the owners of the recommended restaurant and getting in view of the kitchen

Yeah these guys are as biased as you can get, they go to Pakistani restaurants to get the free treatment and in return give good reviews. I’ve been to that restaurant and the food and service is terrible, it’s nothing like how it’s shown in their video so clearly staged. These guys are Muslims but not honest in their reviews

I love your videos but this video as a viewer I don't agree with. Tayyaabs is not good! Needo's do great dry meat, however, many of their other foods aren't great but okay. lahore kebab house have not been so can't comment. You went to a Bangladeshi area and failed to eat at any Bangladeshi restaurant. I am no expert by any means. Baraqa under East London Mosque does some very good beef dishes (which i forget the name of), my highlight was the Kachi Biryani and lamb biryani. However, they have plenty of unique dishes to try. Amar Gaon Brick lane serves traditional dishes you find in the homes of bangladeshies. Kolapata in WhiteChapel is supposedly better and do many of the same dishes. This one has opened new in Dalston, I am only mentioning it as they do Oori Curry, and if its a day old, its one of the best tasting curries. Its called Oori (I have not been, but the menu looks great and most recent reviews look great too). My final moan is, you covered these overrated (a personal pov) Pakistani restaurants in the East End but failed to try Shalamar Kebab House which does awesome food at really low prices. Apologies if I went on abit,
