what the hell is going on over there.

I already payed my Gandalf InArt and they do not send an e-mail with the delivery payment. Literally, I wrote them everyday. I bought my Joker Inart double package with Toys Wonderland and I didn't have any problem but now is a nightmare.

Same thing is happening to me right now on the Pop toys Hell Representative. Getting the run around. After it being paid for almost 2 years. Told me it shipped in february and that the courier was waiting for some additional details that delayed the figure that TW sent over and that it would be end of Feb when it would make its way to me. Welp still nothing, no shipping, no emails. Best believe they are dodging every email I have sent.

@@diecastattic126the frustrating thing is, I have dealt with them for years with little issue, only within the past 2 years have they gone to absolute shit. That’s not even including the 3 figures through Comic Sanctorum which I believe is their sister company that have been paid for, and can’t get a single answer about either. It’s insane

For my item, it was shipped last march 6 2024 with tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, HK Post said there is no item with that tracking number. TW does not reply to all my emails to their CS address.

I ordered the scarlet witch multiverse of madness on the 27th! As of today April 8th it still says waiting to be shipped. I paid for fast delivery as well. This is my second time buying from them so I’m nervous

I am sick of Toys Wonderland , ordered some figures for my collection on Feb 19th paid a criminal amount of postage without realising (I know I'm a muppet) still waiting for the figures... customer support is none existent, I spent £250 in total

What a pack of bastards the only way we can stop this is to not buy from them anymore It’s a learning process we look at their website and think how brilliant it is wow look how many figures they have (allegedly) only to find we get stuffed good and proper sorry to hear you are another victim of toys Wonderland. @@diecastattic126 I wish I had researched this company first, the postage alone is criminal, I assumed (wrongly) that they were a reputable company because of certain KZread channels (Justin) promoting them , I guess its a lesson learned !

Same thing here Toys Wonderland ripped me off, took my money "didnt send me my figure" its been 2 years of me emailing them... Think they have me blocked now "F" Them guys

@@diecastattic126 They got me for multiple figures and no they haven’t sent any of them out yet. Paypal won't return my money because it's been too long. At this point I consider the money lost and the community just needs to keep letting collectors know not to use them or any affiliate of them.

En mi caso, ya no tengo posibilidad de reclamar a PayPal. Reservé mi figura de Doc Ock desde que salió la reserva y, a día de hoy, todavía sigo esperando que me la envíen. Me mandaron un mensaje el día 4 de marzo con el número de seguimiento y a día de hoy el transportista no ha recibido el envío para ser enviado... Nunca había tenido problemas con ellos hasta este momento... Realmebte, siendo que no me van a devolver el dinero ni me van a enviar la figura... #toyswonderland #toyswonderlandscam

Its easy to say from the sideline. We never will know the intentions, but if people get offered a big part of their collection for free, I think a lot of the Justin nay-sayers will hype up toys wonderland even after all these videos.

That's exactly how I watch most if the reviews. Audio on mute. Let's be honest ... They all talk the same over and over again. Only the figures change, but it's always the same pattern. Justin was praising toys wonderland like they are best since warm bread. One thing I learned from almost 40 years of collecting is that you should never praise a shop that much, because they might be awesome today, but this can change very quickly and at the end it's like you are sitting in the same boat. Justin always came across like a toys wonderland employee. To be fair ... Made two purchases at toys wonderland and one of them was a quarter scale hot toys. This one came packed almost prefect. I never received a figure packed with that much care ever since. So my experience was good. But I always knew that in the case of a dispute or a broken piece, my abilities to act would be limited. And now I want to ask a Question. Why pre-ordering a Figure ? Why having payment plans with a company that isn't bound to your common law ? Why not safe the money yourself ? Put it in a box with a lock, or give it to your bank ... And why pre-order something that is mass produced and over produced? Every Figure that came out the last 10 years was available for months and months after release. Is it fear of missing out ? Or is it the Fact that all of you feel the need to impress people, that you don't really like, with figures you don't really want ? I don't pre-order anymore and I certainly will not give my hard earned money to a shady Asian seller with no honour. This whole toyswonderland debacle was passing me by. I don't have social media. Only KZread... And on here it wasn't a big deal. Now find videos from months ago. What a shame ...

When I preordered I was a new collector and didn’t know what this company was like so now I know I won’t ever preorder again, also I think like myself people preorder because it does work out cheaper sometimes like the figure I bought was second batch and was a lot cheaper than the one that is available now, so it’s not really about showing off its more about saving and getting what you want. I do believe that Justin is an employee I doubt he will ever be pissed off with toys wonderland.

Preordering isnt bad at all, just dont do it at the wrong places. Preorders get great idea made, specially for newer companies. Making stuff that otherwise never would be created. And yes, for a lot of people who buy these 1/6 figures it might be fomo, but people rather preorder and secure for retail, than overpay after it sold out.

Scam, take your money, never ship, never reply email.
