There are many issues in San Luca archs numbers: Number 69 does not exist. The numbers run from 68 to 70 ... mistake of some public painter in the past, I believe. Before the Meloncello Bridge the last arch has number 307. After the bridge, the first arch has number 317, How is it possible ? Where are the missing 9 archs from 307 and 317 ? Inside a bridge ? Last but not least, during the times, the portico has been modified. In more places (like via Irma Bandiera crossing) two arches have been collapsed in a new (larger) one... but numbers have not been updated... In any way, whichever is the way to count (except if cheating...) arch number 666 does not exist.

You are right. Arch number 666 is nowhere... better it is in the mind of who likes to believe it.
