Thank so much Nobue! But I must say, 2023 has been great for me so far. At the beginning of the year, I gave myself a goal to be "healthy again", after almost a year of chronic stress and depressive episodes in 2022, I had to give myself a goal to enter this year for healing and letting God guide me through. I was in a difficult place mentally and emotionally last year, and the first three months of 2023 were equally difficult and I would cry a lot. But I began journaling, learning on personal growth and development, restructured my career goals too, and all this happened without me not even realizing how much progress I was making. Now you just reminded me that it's been 7 months and I seem to be healthy again. God has been good to me this year, and I learned that practicing gratitude is a great way to kill stress and anxiety. Because it's impossible to be feeling anxious and grateful at the same time. And I'm glad I found your channel. You have contributed to my self-healing journey. Wishing everyone the best of the remaining 5 months, and indeed, the most important thing is to thank God for life each day. Take care and God bless you too Nobue. ❤
