I think that was the plan all along. To create empathy for Shannon after her drunk driving. I don't believe the relationship between Johnny J. and Jesus Jugs is real.

happy that she doesn't want to date right now, this should be HER time for a year or two and then what ever she wants to do but STAY SINGLE for awhile Shannon! I also love how up front she is with her answers.

Just because Shannon got a1 DUI (while serious) doesn't mean she has to stop drinking or got to rehab, it does mean just never drink and drive again, I hate the extreme narrative Gina is trying to portray about that on the new season. Now if Shannon were to get more DUI's, different story.
