Awesome idea but I don’t like the idea of putting any cables or wires near an airbag. I do love the idea of a retractable handle on top though.

Would be cool if there was a white/red or RGB version of those grab handles. The dome light too. Personally hate using white light at night. Red is better for your eyes and allows you to retain some privacy, while still being able to see. Nothing like lighting the whole cab up and everybody being able to see in your car. I usually just turn the interior lights off altogether.

Looking at the dome light -- does the blue ligth stay on when truck is on or just with the door opening?

Hey Buttercup! This is unrelated to this video but j wanted to know your channel has been so helpful. If I'm not going to be doing much offloading for the foreseeable future, will a 2" spacer be fine for big bend non sas or will that hurt other components? Thank you for any help you can provide!

I like the idea of the handles, but wondering how hot they get when the roof is open? All the black metal parts up there (for the soft top) get very hot in the sun and these handles are also black. If they get hot, I can't use them, otherwise I'll probably get them, not a fan of the para cord ones I have right now, find them ugly. The little storage door looks a bit flimsy to actually lock something of value behind it, but the lights are a nice addition. Some good ideas here!

I haven’t had any issues with handles being hot yet, but summer in Florida is upon us so we will see :)

@@BuckleUpButtercupTV do give an update, I'm in CA and the black parts up there get way too hot to touch in summer, which is why I'm holding off on buying these handles for now. I drive mostly open. Thanks for the reply!

Random but could you connect the grab handle lights to an aux switch? I have the aux switches but have nothing attached to them lol

You would have to do some splicing of the harness, but if you're familiar with wiring, anything is possible.
