A behind the scenes look at the students from our 2024 Sunflower County Film Academy (SCFA) workshop held June 3 - June 21, 2024 in Cleveland, MS at the Ellis Theatre.
Hosted by the Delta Arts Alliance, our SCFA Instructors|Filmmakers Glenn Payne of Dead Leaf Productions and Ben Powell of Broken Arm Studio worked with students from Bolivar and Sunflower counties in the Mississippi Delta.
Our students this year were: Iyana Norris, Khloe Williams, Emory Manly, Makarios Clotman, Sincere Birge, Peyton James, Zariah Burl, Brandon Thomas, Merion Turner, Mariano Sifuentes, Markelen Morton, Aaron Johnson, ShaCameron Collins, Dkyra White and Shanarius Ross.
Their class film is, "Whenever You're Ready."
