For Singed, you build Luden's because item cd is buffed too, and ult is always up so you have extra armor, Mr, and always apply grievous wounds. If you poison the entire enemy team, Luden's proc'ing every second. Regardless you're usually getting 2 procs per poison which means more move speed too

With blitz, I like to level W after Q because E doesn't feel like it gets a lot of power value from the level up, but you move like a million times faster with max rank W.

Dang too bad you get burnt out on URF so fast. I love this game mode and could watch you play it for hours. ARAM is good too though.

You should always build lifesteal items in urf, especially with ranged Champs. That makes you survive much longer.

Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.
