However, no child should ever have life altering changes like hormone therapy, official name change, or reconstruction. They're simply too young to understand and balance those huge decisions, and that can lead to a lot of regret later down the line. And by kids I'm not talking about teens, responsible teenagers can absolutely do what they want but younger kids who are still In early schooling simply cant make those decisions yet
