There have been several times in my life where I wish I could've gone without the trauma, abuse, scars, bruises and pain I've experienced in life. When I open up to people about my childhood and treatment from my first husband, most of them just hug me or are crying from how horrible it all is. Times where I wish that I didn't feel so lost or could undo some of the mistakes I've made, but I understand that life doesn't work that way. I've made many mistakes, at times I've been very lost because of the trauma and sadness. But I've picked myself up time and time again, dust myself off and continue living my life. Slowly I'm learning that I can't let the darkness from my past block the light of happiness in my present. What happened in the past is done and by dwelling on it I'm missing all the joy to be had in the here and now. It makes me think of Rafiki talking to Simba about his past. "The past can hurt, but you can either run from it or learn from it." 😊

@truk, I wish I knew. Alot of people live in darkness and hide it very well. As the darkness gets worse, every person suffering needs a trusted support. I've seriously thought the other day, truly 4 people I trust. And trust has to be proven. Trust is not a given, earn it are my terms.

I'm speechless and I'm a writer who can articulate emotion well, yet this touches deeply. I just don't want to get that deep and write and write to a lengthy, detailed about myself.

Im 19 and cryint because im scared of life. Im scared of people who judged me when i was younger and that has sticked to me till this day. I am crying bc im tired of crying. Im tired of being afraid of the peoppe out there who judges me. Im scared to go out i been locking myself in my room i quit my job bc of people. Now i just feel so lost. And confused and hurt and i dont feel like i belong here. Bc i alwaus get hurt and im tired of getting hurt. And i just cant help myself to fix me. My older sister puts me down. My mom gave up she dont know how to fix me anymore. And i beem battling my depression since 15 and i feel like im gonna give up soon. I tried at 18. Im just so sick of myself. Cant sleep at night 😭🖤💔 i have no one. Nothing to lose ?
