Hard to tell. I heard mostly Australian accents, but also Indian and Southeast Asian accents. From the street scenes, the cars are parked on the left hand side of the road and the bicycle lane is also on the left. So I think this is probably Australia rather than the UK. Australia has a diverse population with many Asian communities. However, from the age of the people interviewed, I suspect this was on a university campus somewhere.
