No such thing as JUST a dog..They are all precious. All animals are precious..All lives are precious..... humans too often not so much.

Pets arent just pets, they are family. They are living creatures that love you, that has their own wants and needs and their own personalities. Pets are not just pets, they are family.

They are not just dogs. They are sentient beings that feel and hurt the way we do. How would you feel if you were dumped by your family? I can't imagine being dumped on the street or being taken to some shelter that I don't know. Where i'm scared and don't know what's gonna happen to me or where my family is. You have to be prepared to take on at least a 20 year commitment, That includes any medical bills. There's no limit to what I would pay to make sure that my dogs are okay. Unfortunately, one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and it was about $13000 to try and save him. I would've paid a million dollars if it would've saved him. They are not disposable once you get an animal. It's for the life of that animal 1good or bad. 🙂🇨🇦✌️💫🐾❤️

The cattle dog with his head stuck in the trash can lid made me think of my grand-dog, Opal. She was very much the same way about things … getting in trouble then coming to the closest human for release. Trash cans are a favourite of course! 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦

No, its not just a dog. When they are with you for 12, 14, 16, 22 years they are not JUST a dog. They are a very important part of the family. They have comforted every single person during their bad time. They have made you laugh how many times. How many times have they just come and set by just in case. How many times have they sence you were sick and you didn't know it yet. How many have those that watch you during work and learn to help you with what part they can? They are not just dogs, they are a wonderful gift for their short lifes. They are not just a dog, they are babies when our human babies grow up and move out. They are your children playmates growing up and great babysitters. They are our our protectors, our fur babies, our playmates, our antidepressant they are a big part of our life.

My 16 year old “just a dog” died suddenly and inexplicably 3 days ago. He had never had more than a few very minor illnesses throughout his life. My other “just a dog” are absolutely devastated.
