I found this funny because, in part, it makes no sense. He should have said "It acted like an amplifier." After all, an echo is no louder. We laugh because 'cavernous box', not really because the joke makes sense.
Gotta say it those, that Sam kid rolled with the joke like a champ - Enjoy school! >kids puts both thumbs up while giving a big smile. What a trooper XD

I am from the US. I found him few years ago on Facebook. I thought I didn’t like Comedy but turns out I just like Dark humor! Jimmy does amazing job at making me laugh. Although I don’t think I would survive seeing his show in person! 🤣

I don't know, man... I've watched all the specials available on YT and Netflix. I've watched 8/10 cats does countdown and big fat quizzes. I know pretty much most of the jokes. And yet... I still turn on the compilations and bits and get a laugh out of them. There's something special about the delivery that makes it not enough just to know the joke in your head. I love it that so many are well translatable to my native language so I can pass them on to people who don't know English (not failing to mention the author). Thanks, man! I. E. Thank you kind sir, Mr Carr, sir.
