📌 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 3-5 pcs.
Eggs - 3 pcs. (or 2 large eggs)
Milk - 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Flour - 3 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Dried dill - 1 tsp.
Mixture of hot peppers - 1 tsp. (or to taste)
Salt - ½ tsp.
Vegetable oil for frying (I use sunflower oil)
*In my opinion, this dish turns out better if you fry the potatoes in high-quality sunflower oil. But you can use any vegetable oil that you find healthy and good for you.
🍚For the Sauce:
Sour cream or Yogurt - 3 tbsp.
Dill - 1/3 bunch
Garlic - 2 cloves (or to taste)
Cheese - 2-3 pinches of grated cheese
Salt - 2 pinches
