We are so very proud to showcase this Nashville, TN beauty in the Oak Hill neighborhood that we were able to secure and close for a special buyer client of ours. Having had a relationship with the builder as well as the seller, we were able to convince the seller to contract with us despite intentions of not marketing for sale until finished. Our client was then able to make custom construction design choices as well as order furniture with her interior designer, April Tomlin Interiors, ahead of move-in.
