Since early moments when i picked up tracker i've turned that stupid background effect off. And i'd recomend to do it, because that effect doesn't make sense. In reality you don't have to press any key to switch between "sight modes", but still can quite clearly see what happens beyond tracker or whatever you keep in hand.

It’s not as bad as u think. U get an adrenaline rush and u might jump up every once in a while but there are worse horror games out there

@@jetzieljgarciaalmeda3649 Yea bro. 😉 Dont run, unless the alien hasn’t spawned on the level you’re on. (Or he’ll track you and hear you) Unless you are absolutely CERTAIN that you can make it to a safe destination. Walk around, it’s faster but still quiet. Only crouch when close to an enemy or to hide behind objects. Use distraction items (like flares and noisemakers) to lure him away. Make sure you throw them properly or they will bounce off stuff and end up close to you. Smoke bombs are good too, if you need disappear quick. Use flamethrowers and molotovs and pipe bombs to scare him off when he attacks. Don’t hide in lockers and under tables for too long. Tables are the best hiding spot, because you can pop in and out under them real fast. The longer you hide, the more likely he’ll find you. Gotta stay moving. Use stun batons and emps against androids. Fire doesn’t hurt them. ( only in easy mode) Hold your breath, pull your face away from the door and don’t use the tracker when in a locker or he’ll hear you. Use save stations as much as you can. If You die you have to do everything again. Dont worry if he’s near by when you save, he won’t spawn on you every save, but if he hears you saving he’ll come get you. (He really is a monster, and Intelligent too) Use shotgun to stun him, but very risky to do this. If you do the same trick a lot, he’ll eventually stop falling for it. (Example: too many flamethrower blasts, he’ll get used to it, and just rush you.) And be sure to screw somebody’s mom too. lol Anything else I can help you with today sir? ☺️ lol Please enjoy this amazing game. And be sure to take breaks to catch your breath so you don’t have a heart attack from anxiety. 😰 (and for the record I beat this game on the hardest difficulty and had no problems with fear at all 💪 though I haven’t played it in forever, so my memory of it is foggy and I don’t know all the tips. But there’s plenty of professional gameplay and tips and tricks videos on KZread for you. 📝)

It cannot hear the tracker if you are not in a locker and it has to be close enough nibba

​@@TechShark47The tracker only affects the alien behavior when it's close and in the same room as you. It will increase the menace level and make it more agressive. Nothing else
